Tuesday Toot - 11/25/08

I happy to announce that I obtained my first client for my Social Media Virtual Assistant business (BeSocialWorldwide.com) and have her profiles set up and working.

My sons first ever parent/teacher conference went great.

Toot Toot to me this week.

Tuesday Toot

I almost forgot about Tuesday Toot

Wow, it's Tuesday Toot time. I took last week off as I really didn't have anything to Toot about, and then I almost forgot this week.

Personal Toot: We had a fabulous birthday party for my 4 yr old on Sunday at their gymnastics center. The kids has a blast!

Starting to get caught back up on work!

It has been a crazy couple weeks, dog problems - then we were both sick. Busy with kids, working on potty training. Whew

My Toots for this week.
1. I was a blog posting maniac and pre-posted to my blogs so I didn't have to worry about it this week.
2. My son is going pee on the potty - we were having a hard time even getting him to sit on the potty. We aren't out of diapers yet, but we are on our way. I can't wait to have no more diapers in the house.

I am back to let you know ... Sorry thinking about Dirty Dancing today, while updating my profiles on social media.

Back to my toot
I managed to find a specific toy my son had been asking for, put it in the cart and purchase it without my son seeing it while he was shopping with me. - Mind you he's 3 almost 4. I thought I was going to mess it up at the check out, but I stuck it under my jacket and the cashier took it, scanned it, threw it in a bag for me very quickly and nicely.
On a business note:
My new Social Media VA site (besocialworldwide.com) is just about done. Yayyy

Tuesday Toot

I am finally back and working hard, after having to take some time off to avoid a mental break down. I was getting so frustrated and unfocused just trying anything and everything to make some cash.

I now know where I want to spend my time, and although it is a new venture, it is something that means alot to me and I will be able to help my family, myself and many others at the same time.

I hope to continue my current website, but will be focusing on my new venture for the time being.

Wish me luck and patience.

Tuesday Toot

Today I was able to focus on my work and get more than normal done during my "work time". I added some copy to my website and worked on some research and a couple other things. It felt good to get alot of work done.
We have also took care of some doctors appointments today and still managed to walk the dog and play at the park and take baths.
So now this will be the last of my work for the evening, to toot myself for such a great day. There is still more than can be done, but today is enough - time to visit with my hubby.

Tuesday Toot

Just a quick toot today on a personal level. I got my kids outside today and played in our sprinkler. My older son just wants to stay inside and watch TV.

Oh yeah I finished email copy for a mailing and finished adding my email opt-in to my website.

Saturday I produced my first newsletter for my website. It only promoted 2 products and took me only about 3 hours with the kids and making sure the website had the correct information. Oh well can't wait to do it again.
Finally decided who I would use for my email marketing and autoresponders - of course it couldn't be where I currently sent the newsletter from right. Now I have to move all my info over.
Today I actually go in some exercise and spent some quality time with the boys before working.
